COLFARI URBAN DEVELOPMENT PLAN

The project involves the preparation of the Implementation Plan for the “Colfari” productive development area in the Municipality of Amendolara. The development covers an area of approximately 20,876 sqm, intended for the establishment of artisanal, commercial and light industrial activities, and constitutes a planning instrument aimed at supporting the productive development of the area. The design work involved defining the urban layout of the entire development area through the design of the internal road network, parking and public green spaces, utility infrastructure and building plots, while ensuring compliance with applicable urban planning standards and current regulations. The organisation of the spaces was designed to ensure functionality, accessibility and flexibility in accommodating future productive activities.
